Dear Parents and Carers,
We have had a lovely week at Mousehold with lots of Autumn leaves to have fun with, particularly in the Secret Garden. We are making good use of our outdoor learning environments whatever the weather, so please ensure your children come to school wrapped up warm during the winter months.
We have really noticed an improvement with traffic outside school at the start of each day. There are still some occasions when there are dangerous manoeuvres in the middle of the road directly outside school, but on the whole most parents are showing a lot of respect and considering the safety of children and adults. Thank you for your cooperation.
Children in Need fundraising
Thank you for your generous donations last Friday. We raised £308.99 for the charity.
Mrs Westall
As you know Mrs Westall will be sadly leaving us on the last day of term. Mrs Westall will be greatly missed by children and staff and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors. Thank you Mrs Westall for all of your hard work. The following letter from Mrs Westall has been read to all the children at Mousehold.
A few reminders please
We are continuing to collect sugar to help our local community. Any donations gratefully received, to the school office by the 9th December please.
Friends of Mousehold Infant and Nursery School are in the playground most mornings and afternoons and you can purchase tickets from them, for the Christmas Raffle. They are also still accepting any donations for raffle prizes. These can be left at the school office. Thankyou.
If you have not already done so, please complete the booking on WEDUC for your child’s Christmas Lunch on the 14th December 2022. Last day for ordering is 7th December 2022.
